SPOKANE CORPORATE OFFICE, Wash. - February 5, 2008 - Ascent Networks, LLC,
a rapidly growing technology company, today announced they will be expanding
into more spacious corporate offices located at 606 N. Pines Rd., Suite 202
- Spokane Valley. Due to greater than expected growth, Ascent Networks, LLC
has increased their office space by more than double - with additional
private offices for the engineering staff as well as a state of the art
conferencing room, (to be used for seminars and training). With representation
in Seattle, Portland and imminent opening of an Idaho office, Ascent
Networks is becoming one of the top organizations marketing of technology
hardware, software and support services in the Pacific Northwest.

Due to the expansion of the organization and the needs for a larger offices,
Ascent Networks is already on the move. We are in negotiations for new
offices as we simply outgrew our office space. Our new offices must have
more private offices, larger state of the art conference room (to be used
for seminars and training), secure server room and engineering laboratory.

Based upon the demand of new and previous clients as well as the marketing
staffs requirements, Ascent Networks moved into their new corporate offices
located at: N. 606 Pines Rd. Suite 202 Spokane Valley,WA. 99206. The
spacious facility will provide ample space for- Engineering, Sales and
Clerical support in addition to future Growth.

Strategic alliances with many major solutions providers are being
established, with these providers enthusiastically pledging marketing and
engineering support to Ascent Networks sales and support staff.

Systems Engineers, Marketing and Sales support staff joined together to form
a new technology firm- Ascent Networks. Customers were requesting engineering
engagements from the very beginning of the start up business, and the
growth potential was very evident.
